I have been in NYC all week for business and visiting my family, I must have forgotten to rest up because over the last two days I have come down with a nasty cold. Needless to say my body and soul need to rest, so I will be taking it easy on this beautiful Sunday. I plan to drink some hot tea and and snack on sliced ginger and maybe indulge in a decadent desert like the Earl Grey Caramel Chocolate Tart, or get deeper into my new book “Unleash the Power of the Female Brain” while catching a nap –  when the urge strikes!  Either way, the day will be restful and restorative.
