The Calling Sea

The wayward isles call me to you
come home
sail through the barriers to the deep
where the waters are crystal clear
clean
and the moonlight drips it’s light
on the waters skin
come
drop your anchor
feel the movement
as the sea rocks our souls
like ancient mermaids

into a world we have never known
into the mystic
I want to know you there
where our cares are shrouded in the fog
home is calling

can you hear it?
Hold my hand like you have no fear

Be my captive in the mist, in the waves
be my balance
Don’t fear the journey
I want you there with me
will you come?
Sail with me
Two hearts stitched in love
our billowing weathered canvas
embracing the winds
guiding us into that mystical place
one sail
one rudder
one vast garden of life
carrying our souls together
where there is no question
only trust, love,
and an unwavering compass
are you up for this journey
will you be my captain?
