One more life
The hills of Tuscany call my name
Like I have lived beneath the branches of ancient cedars
They call me to go higher
One journey opens up another
With scents of musk and lavender
I am embraced by cobbled streets and fleas along the Seine
Poets writing their mysteries
Speaking to my heart
Awakening my senses
I have been here before
I have loved and walked hand in hand
as their muse
They call me to go higher
To join them in the journey
of words
of worlds
The banquet of humans
love and adventure
desire and discovery
It fills me up
and I am sated by the fulfillment of just being me.

It was my recent trip to Tuscany that inspired this writing so I thought I would share it here – happy travels! Sandy
